Here is photo set 3 by Matt McDonald. These photos are a little messed up due to condensation inside Matt’s 10.5mm Fisheye lens. After he noticed he switched lenses. Those photos will be released tomorrow for the final photo set from the DB Pro/AM in Dash Point.

Logan Davidson walked away with $500 and 1st place from the DB Pro/AM at Dash Point today. Logan put on a show including when he dislocated his finger on his last trick (it didn’t even phase him). Here are a few photos from the contest. Lots more photos to come over the next few days.
DB Pro/AM this Saturday
There are four divisions to pick from and the top 4 in each division walk away with prizes (including skimboards and longboards!) and even cash (there’s a cool $1000 purse for the pro division). Competitors all receive a complimentary “competitors pack” complete with comp tee, wax, beverages, snacks, stickers and more! This is your chance to hit some super fun obstacles with some of the best skimboarders in the world so make sure to be there!

OXS came about mid ’08 in a small town by the name of Omaha (AKA Omax), which is roughly an hour north of Auckland, after it was recognized that New Zealand was serverly lacking in any form of decent flatland skimboards. Sam Price took this upon himself to solve this issue before the following Summer arrived. Summer ’08/’09 arrived with a bang and flatland skimming in NZ with OXS on board (no pun intended…) now looks set to be the fastest growing sport for youngsters around the country!
