SANTA CRUZ — Laguna Beach’s Bill Bryan brought some Southern California style and world-class talent to 26th Avenue Beach over the weekend and worked his way to a win Sunday in the pro division of the 10th annual O’Neill Surf Shop Skimbash skimboarding contest.
