Flatland Magazine Editor’s Note:
The summer is upon us in my area of the world and I am sure a vast majority of you have gotten your “skim legs” back and are stoked for summer just like me.
This issue is packed full of skim content featuring photos from the Skim2Live event in Texas, a feature on Lexi Hutchings, an interview with Skullskates about their new skimboards and much, much more.
This summer should be a good one. Personally, I am planning on traveling with the DB Skimboards team to Europe this summer to attend the DaKine Polish Skimboarding Open and visit some other skim destinations in Europe. It will nice to meet some of you in the real world that I often talk with on the Internet and am stoked to checkout new skim scenes and document them for the magazine.
That being said I am not sure when I will be posting the next issue of Flatland Magazine. I have already started the next issue, but it may not be released until I am done traveling in August.
No worries though. I will still be updating my other website Skim Magazine (skimmagazine.com) even when I am on the road with content as I come across it and/or capture it.
