What skimboarding goals do you have?
Going as big as I can. Doing tricks clean and with style. Filming Videoparts. Also promoting the sport by hopefully inspiring kids to pick up skimboarding for themselves. All that with always keeping skimboarding as much fun as possible.
Where do you see the skimboarding going in the future?
This sport has soooo much potential. There are tons of people out there that would be stoked on skimboarding, they just haven’t heard about it yet. National or international skimboarding leagues would be the best way to show these people how much fun skimboarding is. This would also bring together different skim scenes/communities…
I suppose tricks are gonna get more and more technical up to a certain point and the skill level will increase just like it has during the last years. Still style should matter the most.

What riders influenced your skimboarding?

The people or companies that are organizing comps, doing blogs, forums and all that like this here also have to be mentioned when it comes to pushing the sport.
If you were stranded on a desert island that already has a plentiful resource of skimboards what three things would you bring?
My girl, guitar, Lipton Ice Tea Sparkling
What is the best advice you can give to a skim grom trying to get recognized?
Watch Skimboarding movies, learn tricks, land them clean with style, do trips but don’t be stressing about landing the gnarliest trick ever in front of a camera or taking top places at comps. In the end it’s all about having fun with your friends while doing it. Keeping this in mind you will see where it will take you!
Do you wave skim? Flatland? Both?
Flatland! But if I get the chance I also like to catch some waves…
What is your favorite skimboarding trick?
Depends, but I have to decide: bs 360 pop shuv-it because this trick is the most versatile to me
